The New Warriors - Running Backs Do you know these guys? Lee Suggs Cle is a major sleeper with 2.77 tons of upside if he starts and he looks good enough to do so. Greg Jones Jac was the biggest running back in the 2004 draft, and is an inside runner with 3 gears. He will be brought down from behind often. James Jackson Cle is a back-up running back so far and Miami has gone after him as if he is the best runner available. Is he the best running back around? Scary. Chris Perry Cin is going to be the man .. next year. Consider him for keeper league. Steven Jackson Stl This is the prototype running back for the next 7 years. Quentin Griffin Den He had a super preseason and earned the number one position in Denver. Tatum Bell Den With Quentin Griffin gaining 200 yards in this preseason and Bells lack of good receiving skills means Bell is number two in Denver. William Green Cle is a man that looks the right look, walks the right walk but has been around for 2 seasons showing right little. Julius Jones Dal is the starter on a quality team without a passing quarterback. Think about it. Larry Johnson KC is already an NFL running back and last year he showed some why he was a first round draft choice for Kansa City. Oh! Did I mention he plays behind Priest Holmes? Rudi Johnson Cin He has the ability and opportunity to run for 1400 yards and receive passes for another 1100 yards. Chris Brown Ten is still in the fight for number one running back and could be a big fantasy sleeper. Maurice Clarett has no team and may match NFL running skills with any runner playing. If he becomes available use a roster spot on him. Domanick Davis Dal The claims were he was too slow, too small, too average to mean anything as he ran for 1031 yards in his rookie season. Jamal Lewis Bal This is one of the best of the best players in the NFL. He becomes a large gamble for 6-days each week because he is a football man on Sundays. Willis McGahee Buf does not look like the game matters much to him. Stay away until he makes a better effort. This is a short look at the best young, under 25 years old, running backs to consider on your team. Next will be a good look at the receivers that are not in the top 20, you know those men, but to win you best know all these players. This web site is still free.
