7/24/25	Chargers' newest free-agent signing already making an impact at training camp. It didn't take long for the newest member of the Los Angeles Chargers to get in the mix at training camp. Not long after getting signed by the Chargers, running back Nyheim Hines was one of the many names working special teams return drills during a recent practice. Hines, coming back from a serious leg injury that has kept him out of action since 2022, boasts two kickoff return touchdowns on his resume. 7/23/25	Chargers clear roster spot for new running back by waiving offensive lineman. After recently signing veteran running back Nyheim Hines, the Los Angeles Chargers needed to clear a spot on the 90-man roster to make room for him. Washington was waived with a failed physical designation and will now revert to waivers, free to be claimed by any other team. 7/07/25	Former All-ACC Running Back Making an NFL Comeback. It’s been two seasons since Nyheim Hines last played in an NFL game. The 28-year-old running back last played on Jan. 22, 2022, in the Buffalo Bills’ 27-10 divisional round playoff loss to the Cincinnati Bengals.
