The latest transaction they made was signing former Los Angeles Chargers running back Joshua Kelley to the team. With some injuries in the backfield to a pair of rookies in Tyrone Tracy Jr. (ankle) and Dante Miller (hamstring), the Giants needed to add some veteran depth.
