| 5/13/21 | Twins sign INF Daniel Descalso to minor league deal. Veteran infielder Daniel Descalso will be just a phone call away for the Minnesota Twins after the club signed the 34-year old to a minor league deal Thursday. Descalso will now suit up for the Triple-A St. Paul Saints after not playing at all last season because of an ankle injury. He has 10 years of experience in the major leagues, most recently with the Chicago Cubs, who bought out the 2021 portion of his contract for $1 million.
