2/11/25 First base, rookie contributors: Nine questions facing the Minnesota Twins in spring training. The top question asked to players during Twinsfest related to their late-season meltdown that cost the team a playoff spot last year. It was an obvious source of motivation during the winter, but Baldelli said he wanted to implement some changes this spring, including giving veteran players noticeably more at-bats in camp. Lewis was starting to draw mythical comparisons when he hit 10 homers in his first 16 games last season. 1/26/25 Carlos Correa sounds off on Twins' quiet offseason as health improves. As the Minnesota Twins enter free agency, there have been some who have pointed out the lack of signings and or trades made by the ball club. The shortstop would speak on Minnesota's moves or lack thereof and while he would say that he's had conversations with management, they are in a “spot now where we cannot invest.” “I focus on the things I can control,” Correa said Saturday at TwinsFest. “I feel like the talent is in this clubhouse,” Correa continued.
