Before the Broncos: Franklin (6-2, 170 pounds) was a three-year player at the University of Oregon from 2021-23. In Franklin's freshman year as a Duck (2021), he didn't exactly have eye-catching numbers: only 18 catches for 209 yards and two touchdowns.
