Six seconds after Troy Franklin raced off the line of scrimmage, a high-arcing pass floated down from the Buffalo sky into his waiting arms. "The Broncos strike early with a touchdown to Franklin," Jim Nantz bellowed from the booth at Highmark Stadium. Broncos Wire's 90-man offseason roster series continues today with a look at second-year wide receiver Troy Franklin, No. 11. Before the Broncos: Franklin (6-2, 170 pounds) was a three-year player at the University of Oregon from 2021-23. In Franklin's freshman year as a Duck (2021), he didn't exactly have eye-catching numbers: only 18 catches for 209 yards and two touchdowns.
