3/10/24 Angels non-roster invite Jake Marisnick is again fighting for a job to stay in the majors. Marisnick, 32, is in camp on a minor league deal for the third year in a row. He didn't make the opening day roster either of the previous two years. He's hitting .409 with two homers through 22 spring training at-bats.

1/10/24 2023 Los Angeles Dodgers Player Reviews: Jake Marisnick. Jake Marisnick joined the Los Angeles Dodgers in July as the front office attempted to fill their need for a right-handed bat. After cycling through multiple options early in the season, Marisnick was brought in after being designated for assignment by the Detroit Tigers on July 9. Prior to joining the Dodgers, he posted a .232/.270/.420 slash with three doubles, two triples, two home runs and 12 RBI over 33 games. Marisnick would immediately join the Dodgers on July 15, appearing in four straight games against the New York Mets and Baltimore Orioles.

1/08/24 Jake Marisnick signs minor league contract with Angels. Outfielder Jake Marisnick played for three teams in 2023 and played for six teams over the last three seasons. Marisnick played only four games for the Dodgers, his third team of the season. Over the entire season, which started with a minor league contract with the White Sox and included a trade to the Tigers, Marisnick hit .237/.280/408 with two home runs and an 85 wRC+ in 46 games and 83 plate appearances.
