The first came with New York leading 3-0 in the fifth inning. Nimmo powered the Mets to a 4-0 lead with a soaring home run over the fence in left field. At first, the ball looked like it would be caught by the center fielder, who tracked it all the way to the wall and motioned as if to catch it.
